The facilities are quite new, very clean. You can use aqua park the whole territory of Laguna Vista- across the street. Sea and beach are over there as well :) there is a mini bus you can take if you don’t want to walk. In the evening the bus is extra cool- with colourf lights on and music 😃 The staff is very nice and attentive, especially the Manager, Mohammed. Real professional- in how attentive, polite and helpful he is. Food us tasty, maybe not as many options as other 4/5 * I have been to, but still nice.

A beautiful large area with lots of greenery. A great water park. Amazing animators and dancers; we especially liked the singer Anna. We also want to highlight the animator Piero, who was very friendly and a wonderful person. We enjoyed playing tennis as well. The food was delicious and diverse. The cocktails at the bar were also very much to our liking.

Steigenberger Alcazar is the latest venue in Nabq around 15 minutes from Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport.

The hotel facilities, cleanliness, and restaurant service were overall very satisfying. The general service level was excellent, and we felt comfortable during our stay. There was a small mistake at the reception, but the hotel management followed up with very proactive customer service, which was truly impressive. Liked everything. Starting from the reception, as we were met by the manager Asem (if I spelled the name correctly), he was polite, patient, friendly. The infrastructure is normal, the food is varied, the spa is good, everything in this place is excellent, the service is professional, especially the manager Olga, she has a special high professionalism. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good, quality vacation without problems and just for fun. Thank you hotel management!!
