Location, modern and new furnishings, big balcony, comfy beds, TV with multilingual channels, friendly staff. Very pleasant stay. There is also a swimming pool however I haven't used it so can't comment. The room is spacious and very bright.

Just stayed one night, but you can see it's obviously a beautiful hotel. Michele at the reception is very welcoming, the restaurant staff is professional and lovely, Pedro Vanessa and Estaban are the best. There's queues and the bar at night but they go so fast you wouldn't believe it.

Footsteps from Palmanova beach, FERGUS Bermudas has a large garden with outdoor pool. Relax with the entertainment program and dine in the restaurant before heading to the bar.

This is my favourite hotel in Mallorca. I have stayed in several and would highly recommend this hotel. The location is amazing, you have an incredible beach at your doorstop, the hotel spa is amazing and the restaurant is delicious.

Great food, clean, free bus to Palma Nova and Marineland, great and kind staff, amazing for children and families. I was so suprised and grateful when the hotel extended our check out because we are traveling with a baby-big plus for that one! :)
