The apartment is amazing and is located right next to the Palmanova beach. The bus stops are at 2 mins walk from the apartment. The apartment was sparkly clean and we also got a free upgrade to the apartment suite. It had all the amenities and had a daily cleaning service. We were specially pleased with Ms. Almudena from the hotel reception, who was very helpful and she also helped us getting local recommendations and bike rental services. We loved our stay at the apartment and would definitely visit again.

Just stayed one night, but you can see it's obviously a beautiful hotel. Michele at the reception is very welcoming, the restaurant staff is professional and lovely, Pedro Vanessa and Estaban are the best. There's queues and the bar at night but they go so fast you wouldn't believe it.

Footsteps from Palmanova beach, FERGUS Bermudas has a large garden with outdoor pool. Relax with the entertainment program and dine in the restaurant before heading to the bar.

The staff were the most friendly and helpful in everything we needed. Have not experienced this level of service before. The rooms spacious and very comfortable. The design of the room was stunning. Judging by the price we expected a moderately good room, restaurant and general amenities. What we found honestly exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet, the food was amazing (both breakfast and dinner), personnel was always there to cater to our needs and as much as we try to be rational in this review we cannot find a single thing to criticize.

We really enjoyed the animation staff, it was amazing loved all of them. The resorts was amazing and we really had fun.
