We got an upgrade when we arrived to a galaxy suite. We had our own mini pool and private terrace on the roof. Our room was beautiful, bright and clean. We were welcomed with a smoothie/juice at reception and in our room was a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit platter. They also allowed us to check in earlier than 3pm which was a bonus. The hotel itself is new and fresh and the outdoor pool and loungers are lovely. There are loungers on the beach also. It's in a rural seaside location around 30 mins drive from Chania Old town. You have a view of the sea from everywhere and it's a nice sandy beach too. We would recommend going all inclusive. The food selection was extensive from choice of fruits, salads, cold meat and cheeses to the hot food and desserts. They also have a la carte menus for lunch and dinner if you prefer. Staff were all very friendly and helpful all the time. Nothing was too much trouble.

The stay at Galini Palace was amazing. I arrived a lot earlier than I expected in the middle of the night (before check-in time) and they offered me a room to rest in without issue. The property seems very new, and yet the staff is experienced and very service-minded. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the views from the property are gorgeous. The pools are large, clean and the concept of a literal pool-island-bar was great! The food buffet in the restaurant was always filled to the brim with different local food, traditional food as well as “basic food” (pasta, pizza etc.) for both vegans and meat-eaters. The food was great and there was never a dull meal! Going on trips from the hotel for hiking or biking was also very nice, and the hotel made very good lunchboxes for day-trips. The amount of opportunities from the hotel were endless. I was kind of nervous before arriving due to the fact that the price seemed too cheap, but those worries were quickly assuaged in full.

Overall, everything was excellent. The food was delicious, and the area is great for walks. Canya is nearby, making access easy. Andreas at the pool bar ensures that you have a great time. His attitude and expertise are top-notch, and anyone served by him is lucky.

Wonderful resort with direct access to clean blue flag beach. Spatious with lots of green areas. Even though fully occupied, we still had a feeling of intimacy. Quiet, comfortable and luxurious. Our two little mermaids had plenty of chances to use either our suite pool or the main one. We enjoyed pool bar at every occasion, providing endless list of surprisingly tastefull drinks. Top notch authentic food with fresh local products was the best I`ve experienced in years. And as for the staff, the friendliest people you always wanted to meet at your stay. With their "No problem" attitude, our holiday was a dream come true. Thanks to all of you and see you 2024.

This is an amazing hotel, location is fab, facilities are just lovely, pool is a decent size and I love the way there are 2 sides so plenty of room if you want to swim, breakfast is superb, so much choice and I cannot think of anything that wasn’t available.
