This was by far the best All Inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It exceeded our expectations massively and despite the place not being fully open yet we didn’t feel the need for anything more! The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We had booked a Preferred Club room and I cannot recommend it enough. Our butler Fonsi made sure we have the most exceptional stay and the bar staff especially Jarib were all helpful and quick.

The staff was kinder than I expected, and I was very pleased to be greeted with a smiling face. I was also very satisfied with the comfortable space that allowed me to experience nature as it is. I would like to thank again Hugo, who works at EL SUSPIRO, the Mexican restaurant in Building 2, and David, who works in the morning at the coffee shop right in front of the gym in Building 2. I was happy to enjoy excellent service thanks to them.

Everything was superb. The greatest value of the hotel is the excellent stuff. Our special big thanks to: José - waiter who was always smiling, shining and joking, Bernardo - who did the best martini's and was always kind, Rodolfo - restaurant manager with a highest level of profesionality and perfect service, Dorcas - young smiling lady who welcomed us at the breakfast, Ana - concierge always ready to help, Miquel - perfect waiter, always nice and profesional, Marco and Ricky - a fantastic team who entertained us every day. The hotel is amazing! I was really surprised at how nice, clean and upscale all the things at the hotel are. The food quality is great at any of the restaurants, the rooms are so comfortable and quiet, the two gigantic pools are just top notch! I loved it that if you wanted to listen to music, participate in activities and mingle you could go to the one pool, but if you wanted to chill, relax and enjoy the quietness, you could go to the other pool. The staff was unbelievably nice! We felt welcome everywhere we went and the staff really goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. ne example of this was that in our room, we noticed that the tv remote was not working properly. We reported it through the app when we were having dinner at one of the restaurants and by the time we got back to the room, the staff had already replaced the tv remote. I have recommended this hotel to everyone back at home!
