The location is perfect! On one of the main streets. Close to different shops, pharmacy and restaurants and cafés. Despite the central location, it was very calm inside in the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean, well designed and spacious. We had a nice room with a balcony. Stable WiFi, even on the balcony)) There were a kettle, a fridge in the room, together with coffee, tea and bottles of water. And the breakfast buffet was delicious! Friendly and helpful personnel. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel who made our stay very enjoyable!

We are fully in love with this hotel. There is not enough words to explain how much we liked our stay. Room is very comfortable and decorated in details. The main restaurant is excellent. We had a HB plan. Everything was so fresh and delicious. And SPA - very clean, good therapists (Nuri and Asel). Staff is hotel is real gem. People who really love and appreciate their job. The room was modern, spacious and clean. Excellent value for the price. Unfortunately I didn't have time to use all the benefits like access to Cook's Club beach at Kleopatra during this visit, the overall package definitely extends the value for money way beyond expectations and compared very favorably with other options in the area.

I can start with the staff. They are really friendly and helpful. I havent heard the word NO. they are always cheerful happy and easy to engage. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Especially my view was fantastic :) Pool and beach was really good . Music and food is reachable to anywhere. Open buffet was strong especially on Breakfast and Dinner.

Been to Alanya a few times but first time I've stayed at this hotel. From Yunus in reception that made it possible for us to check in early (and late), to the attentive and friendly bar and restaurant staff who genuinely cared that everyone enjoyed their stay. The location was absolutely ideal, in a vibrant area lined with restaurants and shopping boutiques, and very close proximity to the beach. This will be my go to hotel whenever I'm in Alanya again.
