Situated within walking distance from the Arabian Gulf beaches, the Mövenpick Jumeirah Beach is a chic and modern 5-star hotel in Jumeirah Beach Residence with a variety of dining and recreation... I can't even remember the last time I rated a hotel 10 out of 10, but this time it truly deserves it. The location is excellent — the beach and plenty of restaurants are within walking distance. If you avoid traffic, it’s very easy to get anywhere in Dubai by taxi. This is a classic hotel, but I was really impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Special thanks to Irene, who greeted me every morning with a big smile and made my mornings even better. The gym could be better equipped, but you can't have everything. Overall, a great stay!

We recently stayed at the Rixos The Palm Dubai for 7 nights, and it has truly exceeded our expectations in every way. Having experienced many 5-star resorts worldwide, including the likes of JW Marriott, Anantara, and Atlantis the Palm, we can confidently say that Rixos stands in a league of its own. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the quality of the hotel and its immaculate facilities. However, what truly sets this resort apart is its exceptional staff and customer service. We were delighted to have our very own customer service team, Zaynah and Hazem, who were attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless stay. The dining options are outstanding. La Turca, offering buffet lunch and dinner, was consistently excellent, while L’Olivo became a favorite for its fabulous food—we dined there twice! A special mention to Irshad Osama, who took care of us with warmth and efficiency during our meals. The team at La Turca also deserves high praise: • Moses made breakfast unforgettable with his Strawberry and Banana Smoothie serenade, adding a personal touch that started our day perfectly. • Nabin, Imtiaz, Sharazar John, and Yusuf consistently delivered exceptional service with smiles and attention to detail. Around the resort, the level of care continued: • Frederick at the swim-up bar kept the poolside experience lively and refreshing. • The Fruit Man by the main pool brought inspired offerings that made relaxing poolside even more special. The resort itself is a paradise. The attention to detail is exceptional, and everything from the landscaped grounds to the sparkling pool reflects a standard of perfection. The pool team and bar staff from Bodrum Bar were always on hand to cater to our needs, adding to the relaxed, luxurious atmosphere. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with plenty of storage and amenities.

The First Collection Dubai Marina is an upscale hotel with breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea and Dubai Marina. The property offers free shuttle service to the malls and DMCC metro station. The team here remembered that I was lactose intolerant and asked me on a daily basis if I had got my coffee with almond milk! I was also upgraded to a much better room and it really made a difference to my stay. One of the bell staff (Sanoop) REALLY helped us and responded to all our questions to make our stay much easier.

Featuring a rooftop pool, Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai offers modern rooms. It boasts 4 restaurants and bars reflecting the journey of the great Arab explorer with tastes from around the world. I recently stayed at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially at the breakfast counters. A special mention to the gentleman who greeted us each morning at the entrance of the breakfast area—he was exceptionally polite, friendly, and always had a warm smile that made us feel right at home. One morning, my son requested a specific vegetable for breakfast, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate his request the very next day. It’s clear that the team truly cares about their guests and strives to make every moment special. My best memories from this trip were created in the breakfast area thanks to such an amazing team. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable! Staying at Oaks Hotel was an extremely wonderful experience that went far beyond my expectations. The staff was extremely friendly, from the reception staff to the housekeeping team and the cafeteria staff. Every morning, the breakfast area was a delight, and the overall ambiance made my stay truly memorable. Oaks Hotel offers an unparalleled level of relaxation and comfort. I loved every moment of my stay, and I would definitely visit Dubai again just to stay at Oaks Hotel for the exceptional experience and the outstanding hospitality.
