Ladies at reception were so kind to us. The room was below middle size but it had everything we needed. Breakfasts and dinners were really delicious.

The room and spa were great. Has a ski rental in the same building and a room to leave your own ski equipment if needed. Has a free shuttle to easily get to the gondola and back. Location was also great, only a few minutes walk from the center. The cold bath and saunas are great for recovery after a long ski day. We also took the massage one day and it was refreshing. Really great value for every buck.

Stayed for one week,staff was great,rooms were very clean and good size(I had an apartment with 2 bedrooms) The only remark the menu could improve a little bit,not too many choices but in general was tasty and I enjoy it. I recommend it and maybe I'll book it again.

Grand Hotel Bansko is a 4-star hotel complex in Bansko, located at the foot of the beautiful Pirin Mountains and a 5-minute drive away from the ski lift. Friendly staff, clean facilities, huge parking lot. Both SPA and Fitness were clean and big enough. It was not too crowded and it was exceptionally clean everywhere. Food was fresh and tasty as well. The room was very big and we had some small surprises. Our friend received a birthday compliment on top of that. Overall, everything was exceptional. Great value for money

Located only 80 metres from the Gondola lift and minutes away from the old centre of Bansko, the Vihren Royal Palace offers modern and luxurious accommodation. Great hotel. Very good location. Good breakfast. Really nice room. Excellent value for money.
