From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. Mahmood stood out with his exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and kind demeanor — he truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and valued. The whole reception team worked seamlessly together, always ready to assist with anything I needed, whether it was information, support, or simply a friendly conversation. Ich bin so froh, dass ich dieses Hotel gebucht habe: Eine herrliche Anlage, wunderbare Menschen, ein großartiger Urlaub und 100% zufrieden Das Pickalbatros Villaggio Aqua Park - Portofino Marsa Alam Resort am Roten Meer ist eine herrliche, gepflegte grosse Anlage und verdient in allen Punkten eine 10+ Note. Es ist ein Wunder, eine solche Anlage mitten in der Wüste zu bauen. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist positiv und alles war so gut, dass ich sofort noch mal 2 Wochen verlängert habe. Ahmed von der Rezeption betreute mich persönlich. Wenn ich ein Problem hatte, wurde es sofort gelöst. Und sofort heißt innerhalb von ein paar Minuten. Bedanken möchte ich mich auch bei Eslaam, der mein Zimmer perfekt putzte und ein begabter Handtuch Künstler ist und einen Handtuch Elefant, Schwäne und einen Affen herbeizauberte, was das Management vielleicht nicht so toll fand, was mich aber begeisterte. Bedanken möchte ich mich auch bei Mohamed, Mahmoud und der fantastischen Masseuse Dodo aus dem Spa und dem Spa Management. Nach nur 9 Tagen Aufenthalt im Hotel verschwanden die starken Schmerzen in meiner rechten Schulter. Was für ein Segen! Bedanken möchte ich mich bei allen Mitarbeitern und beim gesamten Hotel Management, die sich so gut um mich und die anderen Gäste und alles kümmerten, so dass der Aufenthalt im Resort zu einem unvergeßlich schönen Erlebnis wurde. Das Hotel Management ist einzigartig und setzt einen hohen Standard. Alle meine Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Hier ist der Kunde wirklich König. Die Anlage ist 100% sicher und als Alleinreisende Frau hatte ich Null Probleme. Nicht vergessen möchte ich das tolle Animations Team. Die Feuer Show war ein absoluter Superlativ. Sehr erfreulich war, dass das Internet sehr gut war, auch gut genug zum Arbeiten. Das Essen war sehr gut, große Auswahl, frisch zubereitet und schmeckte. Das Frühstücks Buffet war riesig. Es war immer alles da. Meinem Magen bekam das Essen gut, inklusive der herrlichen süßen Nachtische.

To be honest, everything. 1-First Impression from arriving to departing, they really make sure that you have a premium experience. They took you luggage and send it to your room. They have welcome drinks and cold towels while you are waiting for you check in. The hotel is very grand and the architecture is amazing. 2- The Room we stayed in a executive room with a pool. The pool systems are connected but they were very clean( no pool smell (chlorine) in any of the pools. If you know you know). There were hedges around the garden you really didnt knownthat you were in the middle of a desert. Be weary that our type of rooms dosent offer 100% privacy. The upper room and the ones next to you could see you if they wanted to. The rooms around us were full and we handt have any issues (anyone peeping). The room was very spacious and very clean. The cleaning staff has greeted us and told that if we need anything, he would have it done asap. There is a sizeable wardrobe in the room As an all inclusive we had a kettle the coffe setup a full minibar with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. We had snaks as well, that would be refilled everyday, you might have to call for it. Ther pillows and the bed was very comfortable. And the black out curtains were amazing. One of the best i have seen. 3- Food For alacat restaurants you have to make reservations from a qr code thats on the booklet that you room key is in. The Safari Bar in the loby is open 24/7 has some reqlly good dinks. And the quality of the drinks were amazing (the taste ) just a note that of you want a spesific brand of drink it might coast extra in any bar Aqua pool and beach bar is good to but in our opinion it was more the mass consumption does effect the quality a bit still very good tho. Maya and Cabana restaurants are both open for lunch and dinner. The food was good. Arabesque and Benisuma restaurants are open oly for dinner.
