The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and even offering us a complimentary room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. The bartenders (especially Ahmed in the lobby bar!) were friendly and professional, always ready with a smile and great service at any time of day. The facilities were excellent — everything was clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible. From the pools to the beach area, everything contributed to a very relaxing stay. Moreover, in this hotel I was able to remote work and relax near the pool! such a great experience! Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a worry-free holiday in Hurgada

The hospitality, the welcoming Mr. Haitham Ali was more than amazing, he welcomed us, he was keen to provide us the maximum services. All the stuff in this hotel is extraordinary. I would give the hotel and all the stuff 10/10 .. I am sure I will come back again

We had a wonderful stay! The sea, beach, and sunshine were absolutely perfect — we couldn't have asked for better. While the breakfast and meals weren’t exceptional, they were more than enough to keep us satisfied. Our room was clean and tidied up promptly every day, which we really appreciated. The staff were all very friendly and always willing to help with a smile. The pools were also very nice and added to the relaxing atmosphere.

Facing the beachfront, Grand Palace - Couples only 18 years plus offers 5-star accommodation in Hurghada and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private beach area. The resort is perfect. Beautiful, big rooms and clean pools. Beds are comfy. Lovely grounds and beach. Buffet was good and the beach restaurant was always great. Ahmed at the front desk was super friendly and really helpful.
