A wonderful stay experience, everything is excellent, the reception is wonderful, especially Mr. Mohamed Kamal, the hotel is beautiful, the restaurants, food and bars are many and varied, the aqua park, swimming pools and beach are wonderful, a wonderful place and excellent service, and God willing, I will come back again soon. Sentido Reef Oasis Suakin Resort features a private beach area, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Marsa Alam City. It is one of the best hotels in Egypt. Friendly staff, great location, modern design, great facilities, wonderful beach. We’ve got room upgrade for free, welcome fruits and bar filled with refreshing drinks in both rooms we’ve booked. Our flight landed early in the morning and we’ve received early check in, which was really convenient after long way to Egypt( we’ve spent in total 24 hours to get from home to the hotel). The rooms were really very clean, spacious, very light and with all the necessary facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just one day in the morning we had to ask for drinks 3 times and waited for them more than 20 minutes. But this incident hasn’t spoiled our vacations. The food in the main restaurant was really delicious. Everything tasted perfectly. Thanks for this to all the cooks. Also drinks we ordered in the bars were of good quality. We visited fish a la carte restaurant -the girl in the reception Mira refused to book one more a la carte restaurant though during our check in we were informed that we may visit two a la carte restaurants. The atmosphere in fish restaurant was really great as well as service. Free transfer to and from the airport was very helpful. The van was clean and comfortable, the driver was pleasant and helpful. We had early check out due to early flight and missed the breakfast. If the hotel organized breakfast to go it would be great but we didn’t get it. Despite some small issues I would definitely come back to this hotel once more. Hope to do it in autumn.
