The staff were amazing—especially at the front desk and concierge—so kind and accommodating, even arranging early check-in and late check-out. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of places to relax both indoors and outdoors. The food was delicious, with very good gluten-free options. The spa service was wonderful, and the facial was genuinely effective. Plus, it’s just steps from the beach. Highly recommend!

Servatur Waikiki is located in Playa del Ingles, a 5-minute drive from the beach. This hotel offers an on-site restaurant and bar, terrace, and shared outdoor swimming pool. Very good diversity of foods and drinks in all-inclusive that can satisfy any taste. loved ice cream machine at nights. Dinners were much better than lunch in general. Wide variety of salads and desserts. Balacony with amazing view of mountain and sea. Unbeatable price (with booking.com genius level 2 discount became very good deal), Jacuzzi, ping pong, Friendly and helpful reception. Breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00 Lunch 13:00 to 15:00 Dinner 18:30 to 21:45 Between those times also there was snack. So if you want to wake up late can survive with snack that includes tortilla, egg, sausages, beans as breakfast. The hotel offers a free shuttle service daily to playa del ingles and maspalmos. We never used it because the distance was 10 min by walking.

The buffet breakfast has something for everyone. It is served 8am-10pm and included cereals, cooked items as well as all drinks. The pool is large and has plenty of sunbeds. The bungalows are serviced every other day and reception is available 24 hours.

Set in gardens with a large outdoor swimming pool and terrace restaurant, 300 metres from Playa del Inglés Beach, Playa Bonita offers a pool bar and chill-out bar. Great location food was excellent.Would go back again

This all-inclusive club is located in the higher part of San Agustín, nestled in a 10 acre park boasting fantastic panoramic views of the Atlantic and the vast Maspalomas sand dunes. Beautiful hotel, it really is as good as the photos. I miss the food already, beautiful salads and fruit and breads every day as well as cooked food. Never got bored. Every staff member was lovely and helpful and did their job as well as they possibly could. Especially Oliwia from mini disco, we'll miss her!
