Everything was perfect, the staff was very kind, they exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very peaceful, beautiful, the architecture is amazing, and the food, the swimming pools, everything was great. We went for The Reserve experience, and I think it is worth it, and recommend having it.

It’s away from the busy centre of Playa Blanca, but still very convenient with a hire car, a short walk to the bus route, or a quick taxi ride to the town and Rubicón Marina. The villa is also close to the beautiful coastal walkway from the lighthouse to the marina, which was a real highlight and made for a lovely daily walk. The facilities were excellent, especially the private pool, outdoor BBQ area, and the lovely rooftop terrace with sea views. Inside, the villa was very well equipped and comfortable, and the host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions

We enjoyed the Jacuzzi very much although it cost 30 Euro more per night, very useful in the less warm days where the outdoor pools are too cold to enjoy. We were pleasantly surprised by the well organized and prepared Christmas dinner and activities afterwards . Thanks to the whole team to make our stay nice and happy.

Dieses Luxushotel in Puerto Calero liegt 13 km vom Flughafen Lanzarote entfernt. Excellent in every way. Well-staffed which is not always the case these days. Great breakfast buffet. Free music performances every evening of a high quality. Free parking just outside the hotel. Very good pools.

Lobby area is beautiful with views to sea through large windows. Room was very comfortable with a large double bed as requested. WiFi was excellent throughout the property. A great choice of restaurants for breakfast and evening meals, including three complimentary upgrades during the week. Complimentary mini bar and daily water/chocolates supply by housekeeping was really appreciated. Plenty of onsite and off-street parking available. Very friendly staff. Quiet location. Large private balcony was provided, with plenty of sunshine.
