The hospitality was truly exceptional – George, the manager, and the entire staff were incredibly warm, welcoming and caring. They did everything to make sure we had the most perfect vacation. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be happy to return 💕

Stunning surroundings with the pools and ocean views. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty from the staff. Georgia affectionally known as “the dog“ as the concierge who made it her business to make sure we were always comfortable and satisfied. Her big smile and warmth made us feel like family after just a few days and her generosity made our stay even more special and memorable. Betty was also another staff member at the executive pool area who was always hard-working and again wanting us to be comfortable. The lunch buffet was absolutely incredible with so much food and variety of food. The grounds of the hotel, including the pool area and the. Indoor and outdoor lobby areas with comfortable couches and tables for people to spread out. It was nice seeing people in the evening sitting together having drinks, playing cards or just conversing. The breakfast was also absolutely amazing.

The room was comfortable and the breakfasts and lunch buffets were wonderful. The property was very clean and had a lovely feel to it. The pool was excellent. It was a good location for us attending a wedding down the road.

Kiani Beach Resort is ideally located on the beach of Kiani, just a few km east of Chania centre and old Venetian town. It offers 2 pools, a sea-view restaurant, an open theatre and a tennis court. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. We had an issue with our air conditioner and they helped us switch to a similiar room the same day also, helped us book taxies. The food was excelent, there were 3 restaurants in the facility so no croudness was felt in the restaurants at any point during our stay. The view was stunning and the room was spacious and clean

Offering a pool with sun terrace and a snack bar, the beachfront Eliros Mare Beachfront Poem Hotel is located in Georgioupolis Village. From check in to check out everything was outstanding. The reception, animation team, the taverna and beach bar staff made our stay the best. It is very clean. Will definitely visit again.

Set 150 metres from the sandy beach of Agia Marina, Galini Sea View offers elegant, 5-star accommodation, an outdoor and an indoor pool. It has 2 bars and a restaurant with panoramic Cretan Sea views.... Since August 24 to September 5, we had a holiday at the "Galini Sea View" hotel. We had 12-days all-inclusive holiday and we we were arranged an individual free of charge transfer from the airport to the hotel by the wonderful Reservation Manager - Malefioudakis Manolis. Also we had free upgrade of our room up to meisonenette. It was very nice and clean!!! Our holiday began with friendly people, good and sunny weather! Every day in the restaurant we were served by wonderful and friendly waiters. Everything that was needed was immediately arranged... water, extra cutlery, etc And everything was done with a smile and politely. The food was also delicious and plentiful! Even when the lunch time ended, you could finish your breakfast, lunch or dinner without rushing... and you haven’t been told that time is finished 😂 The room was cleaned every day and very good! Towels were changed every day! There was a new bottle of water in the room every day! We would like to say separately thank you to the wonderful lady OLGA for such care! She is incredible and very kind woman!!! We had to use the shuttle to the beach, which was always available!!! The wonderful guys were always happy to drive us to the beach and from the beach to the hotel! We thank them very and very much! But our greatest gratitude goes to the wonderful lady on the golf cart - Ranahtni, she always helped us get to the beach with great courtesy. A wonderful lady, pleasant, kind and polite !!! The sea was very warm, the water was clean, the beach was beautiful! You have to pay for sunbeds on the beach... two sunbeds and an umbrella - 10€.
