This was the highlight of our trip. The atmosphere is amazing, it is an oasis in the middle of the jungle. So quiet and peaceful yet very comfortable. Beautiful nature all around. Two pools, one in the sun and one in the shade. Also a free Mayan sauna. We had the villa which was amazingly decorated, water pressure very good. We received welcome drinks when arrived. You will have to eat at the hotels restaurant but it is very very good! Prizes are fair for the good quality and amount of food. Morning yoga so fun! And most importantly - the staff were absolutely fantastic and we felt so welcome and well taken care of. Iguana’s are btw a part of the crew. There is cenotes in the area you can walk to.

Das Palmaïa - The House of AïA ist ein luxuriöses All-inclusive-Resort mit herrlichem Blick auf das Karibische Meer und verfügt über große Außenpools, ein wunderbares Spa- und Beautycenter, 5... EVERYTHING this hotel exceeded our expectations in every single way. To start the concept is very nice and is an excellent place to relax, to reconnect with yourself and to disconnect from everything else. All the activities were amazing, the food in all restaurants was perfect, the scenary was magical, the beach is pristine and they clean it everyday from seaweed, the gym is inside a jungle literally, the room was filled with exciting ammenities and excellent treats like on our first night they received us with strawberries with non lactose dark chocolate; there were other things like coconut water, combucha, nuts, dried papaya, etc for free at the room, the hair dryer is amazing it never failed and it left my wife hairs as if she had gone to the beauty salon... our nomadic Esteban was great he was all the time helpful and on top to helpo us, drivers like Oscar who was always happy to have a talk with us and was very kind... the whole staff is perfect, the bed felt literally like sleeping on a cloud, it was incredible... the hotel is a 20/10

The restaurants are ALL amazing, no complaints about any food and there are options for everything, everywhere. Clean towels are available in multiple places around the hotel. The cleaness is unbeatable, All staff is lovely - no exceptions here. Activities and shows every single day. Beach is incredible, the water of the pools are crystal clear. Dolphins are soooo cuuuute, it's a life-time experience. the staff are really stick to their schedule with the activities, always cheering you up and the best to me: no loud parties late in the night after 1 am (perhaps even after 12 am), which means calm and relaxing nights to you so you wake up renewed for another day in paradise. Stayed for 4 nights at the pyramid tower with ocean view with my wife, and i wish i could have stayed for 7. Comfy beds, pillows, temperature and air conditioning and room service was flawless. definitely worth it staying at the Hyatt Ziva in Cancun.

Essen und Getränke sind exzellent, für Restaurants benötigt man keine Reservierung (ausser für Besonderheiten wie romantisches Dinner am Strand oder den teppanjaki Tisch beim Asiaten) Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr serviceorientiert und bemühen, sich, den Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis zu machen.

Das Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun ist eine Unterkunft, die von AAA mit 5 Diamanten ausgezeichnet wurde, und bietet 13 Außenpools, 6 À-la-carte-Gourmetrestaurants, ein Buffetrestaurant, ein Coco... Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren sehr zuvorkommend und immer gut gelaunt. Die Lage am Strand war hervorragend. Es gab täglich viele Aktivitäten im Resort. Es gibt einige unterschiedliche Restaurants im Resorts, was abwechslungsreiches Essen garantiert. Die Qualität des Essens war in allen Restaurant ausgezeichnet. Auch die generelle Qualität (sowie auch Sauberkeit) der Zimmer und der Anlage ist definitiv hervorzuheben.
