New ZealandStaff were exceptional, team at the luggage desk helped me out big time, we sent our bags to a incorrect address, the receiver of our bags couldn't speak English and was very hard for us to get it sent back to us, the team at apa luggage desk called them up straight away and organized the re delivery of our bags to apa hotel yokohama, they were very busy as it's Christmas time but they toke the time for me, not only that but we got our bags the very next day, I will be coming to stay again and I recommend this hotel, thanks Apa Hotel, you made Japan a wonderful trip for me and my Family

The hot spa facility is huge!
Love the building with 2 family marts outside the spa with 2 massage capsules.
The room i got was overlooking the yokohama bay with superb view from day to night.
It is definetely one of the best APA hotels in Japan!
