The staff is wonderful and the cook has prepared a wonderful Japanese breakfast. I assume that place could be great in the winter.

Service was absolutely amazing and the hotel was very suited for all sorts of non-Japanese guests! It was a breath of fresh air to not have a communication barrier at this hotel, especially when trying to organise transfers, lifts and rentals.

Room size : Comfy room with good heating system. Strong hot shower. Japanese bidet type toilet. Breakfast : Good variety of food. Parking : Free parking onsite. Staff : Friendly and informative western staff, so there are no language barrier. View from the room : View from Mt. Yotei from the window(if the weather permit) was very nice.

It provides a comfortable and cozy atmosphere, with well-maintained traditional japanese shower and bath and common areas. The staff are notably friendly and go out of their way to assist guests, enhancing the overall experience. While not directly on the slopes, the lodge is conveniently located with a bus stop nearby, and well located to dine out.

We liked the spacious traditional Japanese rooms. The outdoor pool in the onsen was super nice. The breakfast buffet has really good croissants and was overall very good. Has a spacious ski room with a ski boot drying room. On the day of checkout we were allowed to use the onsen after skiing.

We liked the outstanding location, right at the slopes and lifts with easy snow equipment hire and storage. The food in the restaurant was also excellent (and the coffee!) It was easy catching the bus from the resort to other slopes and resorts. Staff always very friendly and happy to help. The rooms were spacious for Japanese standards. The main areas such as library and bar were cosy and offered great views.

Excellent varied breakfast buffet selection of international and Japanese options.

It was spacious and clean. Good vibe because of the social room. Breakfast was mix of Japanese breakfast items cereal and vegetables. Coffee and tea options. Each day was different items.

Great location. Facilities for skiing were amazing. Simple Japanese room but lots of space. Onsen was great
