The open bath and sauna are the best!!! Room size is quite big and bed is comfortable. The bathroom inside is also good!! The staff are nice and helping me a lot. (BTW, Wi-Fi is also good.)

Excellent hotel that offers everything a travelling needs and at a great price. Our whole stay was made wonderful by this hotel’s staff who even exceeded the excellent Japanese standards of service. Staff at APA Marunouchi were friendly, helpful , efficient , welcoming and helped us in many ways . They made our stay special.

GOOD communication in English & Chinese as check in step，clean，safe，and good location。
Hopefully，APA marketing share VIP deal for loyalty foreigner members.
APA has always been great money value wise, standard quality with the default smaller rooms. The hotel staff are helpful and advised us of the eateries which were still open late at night when we arrived around 23:00. Optional breakfast is the standard Japanese style which was ok

I stayed here for a couple nights en route to a more rural part of Japan and I was very comfortable here. The hotel is clean and only steps away from the train station, which was excellent. The only thing I didn't love was hearing my neighbors, as the walls seemed rather thin. Nothing disruptive but was just different than the other places I stayed in Japan.
Overall a real bang for your buck though!
