Staff were all amazing/So helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was so good & varied to cater for all. End of a motorbike tour throughout Europe & just wanted a nice Facility to relax for the last night before travelling back to the UK. Absolutely amazing hotel with fantastic breakfast and parking right outside. It was a short drive from the supermarket and all the cable cars. The rate included the Joker card what was really helpful. We were very happy with the say and we have very much enjoyed the stay.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived to time we left. Travelled with 2 kids and 2 adults. Suite was a per the photos. Spacious plenty of storage. WiFi was perfect for the kids to stream. Ski locker was perfectly functional. Ski school across the road and 3mins walk to the lifts. View of the mountains with stunning sunsets Loved the Tauren Spa short walk 10 mins or the bus. Food was lovely kids wanted to eat there every day and so did we. Staff were all amazing friendly and really felt like they wanted you to have a great holiday. Highly recommend and hope to return

De staff and the hotel manager were so service minded and helpfull and made me and my kids feel like home, i’am so grateful for all the help. The apartment are big and fresh and the balcony has a magical view off the mountins. It’s lot to do with the kids with the pool, games and near the lake with boats and where you can swim and play volleyboll. And the pizza was great and we like the store to shop breakfasr and snax at the hotell. We loved this place and the staff.

Great location. Comfortable apartment and great facilities including a lovely pool, sauna and steam room. Optional breakfasts in the hotel were delicious. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
