The apartment hotel is clean and modern. Staff are exceptionally nice.A huge indoor Mall just right across from the hotel with lots of eatery. Transportation is just right outside . Train takes about 10 min and you will be in the center where all the tourist attractions is. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff are exceptional. They moved our bags to the next room with no issues. One time we had a problem getting in and they text back within less than a minute to help us. They even moved our stuff from our fridge into another room for us while we were out -they were extremely helpful. Out of all of my travels, this has been definitely one of the best days I’ve ever had around the world.

Everything was perfect from day one. We were greeted on arrival by Michael the Operations manager, he helped us with everything we needed, explained everything and provided us with a bottle of great wine, there are some parking spaces around the hotel and also a food market right around the corner, this place definitely deserves a 10/10 rating!

So happy to have discovered Rioca! From the moment we arrived we felt at home. All the staff were so friendly and informative. Great suggestions on using public transport - getting around - interesting places to visit. Having an apartment rather than a room was so much more relaxing when your staying longer. The fridge was particularly useful during the very hot summer weather. The buffet style breakfast was always fresh and plentiful with a choice of indoor or al fresco. The other thing to mention is quality and style of Rioca it really is great value for money. I just can't find fault anywhere. I just wish there was more of them around Europe. Brilliant place to stay!!!!!!

Spacious apartment with a lovely spacious bathroom as well. Amenities were great as well. Right opposite a small convenience store so buying ingredients to cook and something to drink was easy. Very close (about 300m) to tram tracks so transit is easy, though we walked most of Vienna.
