Everything was wonderful from the very beginning of the booking process. Communication was exceptional – we received prompt and helpful responses to all our questions, along with kind assistance in finding places around the city. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the city, surrounded by landmarks, vibrant life, restaurants, and nightlife. What’s truly amazing is that, despite being in the city center, the hotel is tucked away in an inner courtyard, offering complete peace and quiet – you can’t hear a thing from the bustling streets! As for the facilities – we found and received even more than we expected. From comfortable beds and all necessary amenities, to phone chargers, and even a Polaroid camera with extra film – so much care was given to every detail! Thank you so much! We will definitely be coming back!

The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and couch. Nearby there are plenty of stores and restaurants. The location is splendid and the staff was so polite. The wi-fi connection in the room is excellent. 5 out of 5.

Everything. Location is great, walking distance from all spots in Helsinki rooms and facilities well equiped and clean and the staff is super nice amd welcoming. Breakfast is great and offers different options. Also there is a kitchen on each floor where u can make yourself coffee or tea or heat tour meal.It also has this modern but retro wibe that made me a bit nostalgic :-)

The apartment had everything you want , it was pretty warm , clean and had a wonderful bathroom, very good temperature in the shower. The neighborhood was easy to find , close to a shopping mall called KAARI. I liked the parking lot at the basement.
