Great apartment, looking new and very well equipped in a sports complex that has everything to keep the whole family busy on a cold day. Nice check-in and check-out experience and I would definitively recommend it for any family going to Rovaniemi.

The villa is located right in Santa Claus Village. Just like the pictures. Close to bus stops, shops and restaurants. It's a beautiful very clean villa. We stayed in the first floor. You have to cook breakfast yourself but I didn't mind they provide you with lots of goods for breakfast and even snacks too. They cleaned up the kitchen and bathroom daily. The host was very sweet and pleasant. She even let me hire her babysitter for a night out in town. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you for everything!

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at this wonderful accommodation. From the moment me and my family arrived, the host went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We truly appreciated the beautiful bouquet of flowers, the huge fresh fruit plate at our arrival, it was such a surprise and made us feel very welcome. The warmth, friendliness, and genuine care of our hosts made us feel right at home. The property itself was immaculate – perfectly clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained, with attention to every little detail. Not to mention the unique location, the proximity to every attraction in Santa Claus Village but also to the city is a game-changer for any family with children. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we could possibly need was provided, and it was clear that a lot of thought had been put into creating a space where guests can relax and enjoy their stay. The kindness and attentiveness of our hosts was overall beyond expectations. Whether it was offering local tips, making sure we were comfortable, or simply their warm demeanor, they made this stay unforgettable. Very cozy chalets perfect for familiar with kids. Super warm inside we also had sauna in our chalet, great location, close to the main attractions like Santa Village and Santa Park, airport, supermarkets and the city of Rovaniemi. There were also ski slopes close to the chalets and plenty of places to go sledging with the kids which they loved the most. Very great surroundings also for walks. They also had an amazing breakfast in a cozy Christmas atmosphere. We had an early flight and they were super sweet to offer us a breakfast box for the road.

These apartments are peacefully located in Rovaniemi, less than 10 minutes’ drive from Ounasvaara Ski Centre and 1.5 km from Rovaniemi Train Station.

The hotel is located about 15 km away from the city center, but we can say it is like a fairy tale. There is a parking area for the car. The check-in experience was very good, we had the chance to learn everything in detail. The hotel is built on its own land and has a very large area, there are rabbits and squirrels in the area and it feels great to wake up to this view every morning. Breakfast was ready in our room, all the ingredients such as cheese varieties, ham, eggs, waffles, meatballs, greens and tomatoes and cucumbers were in the cupboard. We were very pleased for 2 people for whom breakfast is important. There are all the necessary equipment such as pans, pots and glasses in the kitchen. There is a frozen lake very close to the hotel and we had the chance to experience the northern lights from here, although we are a little hesitant because the area is a little deserted, we can say that there is no dangerous animal in the land.
