Lovely staff, beautiful place around, but also our room was very convenient with every necessity, super clean, the wifi was exceptional, the tv was working, we had a terrace as well. The check-in and check-out times are very convenient especially if you take how clean everything is. Had only worse experiences than this. Super lovely time, would come back any time! The town and the hills and mountains are closeby, and the train station of Sallanches-Combloux-Megeve are just a 10-20 minute bus/hitch-hike ride. The people around are very friendly.

We were very satisfied by our stay at the hotel. We got an upgrade to an amazing suite with a wonderful view which we really enjoyed. The personnel was very polite and always their to assist. The food was good as well as the facilities. The shutllte service of the hotel was a bonus surprise as we could go to the center of Megeve and back very easily and never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Overall i would strongly recomend the the hotel!!

Wonderful stay! The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully arranged. We especially loved the stunning view of the mountains from the balcony. We were 3 families (12 people) in two convivial apartments, with well-equipped kitchens. We really enjoyed this calm location in the small village of le Plan, which is as far as it gets from the mass skiing industry of Clusaz, Megeve, etc. You have a direct view to the ski-lift from the room - never ever did we enjoy such proximity to the skiing & hiking trails. The spa (sauna, hammam & jacuzzi) was nice (though a bit small for all the 12 at the same time, but we took turns). Reserve early, for it's popular (and open to people not residing there). Hot showers - and even a jacuzzi in a bedroom (!? never tried that). Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating (Merci, Giselle!) - including at the associated restaurant which we visited quite often (local specialties - great raclette & fondue cheese). Local products can be purchased at the reception. We had self-catered breakfast (albeit the restaurant offers it for 10 euros/person) - reserve your bread at the snack bar, there is no other bakery in Le Plan.
