We found in our room all that is described. Besides this, very good breakfast, clean room and also the entire location. Staff is very helpfull and polite. When I will return to Birmingham this will definitely be my first option for staying.

Really a great place. Friendly, helpful staff, and the apartment was lovely and clean. Also a great location as it's near to public transport routes, and town and various restaurants are just a short walk.

Very clean room and comfy bed. I left my laptop recharger in the room when we left, it was in the plug beside the bathroom.
