We had a pleasant stay, house was clean, the furniture was new and comfortable, hot and cold water was available all the time. Place was remote, far from the city centre, so it was quiet, nights were cool, balcony door had insect screen so it was peacefull too. We actually stayed with the neighbors for overflow and they were really incredibly kind and welcoming, one of our best experiences in 3 weeks in Georgia! We were fed food, drinks, could wash, and stayed up late chatting with the family. We would absolutely return to LouNik!

We had a lot of fun, everything was amazing, the pools, the water park, there are endless good restaurants, especially the El Gadim restaurant, which was excellent. We had a great time, there were 6 adults and 4 children, everyone was very happy with everything, we hope to go back there.

The biggest advantage of this accommodation is definitely the location – in a quiet and beautiful area right by the Botanical Garden, with stunning sea views and large terraces where you can sit, enjoy a glass of wine, work, or simply watch the sea. Another great benefit is the restaurant within the complex, which serves excellent breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. It’s perfect especially for Europeans who may find the traditional Georgian cuisine a bit too heavy. As for the apartment itself, the main drawback was the lack of kitchen equipment. The kitchen is spacious – much bigger than what a family of three would actually need – but inside you only find six glasses, plates and a wine opener. If you buy a water-melon, there isn’t even a knife to cut it, and cooking is basically impossible since there are no utensils or pots, even though there is a stove and a dishwasher. Furniture was fine, cleanliness around 98%. Overall, I will definitely come back. For me, staying in the busy center of Batumi doesn’t work well. If you are looking for peace, walks, running, and nature, this is the right place.

It was a wonderful place and we highly recommend this aparthotel for any type of travel: groups or couples. the host Madam Valentina is super nice and helpful. Everything around was beautiful, beach is just a few meters away, room was clean and tidy. they have a big terrace on the third floor overlooking to the beach and its just another picturesque place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at here and I must say, it was an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. It was a great stay for me. An amazing apartment with everything you’d need. A quiet place with a peaceful atmosphere (at least in October) and with a great view of the Black Sea and the city center of Batumi. Great staff. Especially Avto helped me a lot, he’s a great guy. He speaks English fluently. It’s close to Makhinjauri train station. The room and the bathroom was super clean. It’s easy to reach. With taxi you’d pay max 10 laris or you can take the local bus.

We had an amazing stay in Kaprovan. The hotel is truly excellent. First of all, it’s new and absolutely spotless. Everything is provided for comfort — from napkins and towels to a kettle, and full kitchenware. There is even a full-size refrigerator with a freezer, not a tiny mini-fridge, which was a big plus. The room is very cozy, and the layout is so well designed that it actually feels more spacious than the square meters listed on Booking. The bedding was perfectly clean, soft, and comfortable. The balcony was simply fantastic — we were lucky to have a little swing there, which made our mornings and evenings even more enjoyable. You can have your meals either inside or out on the balcony while enjoying the beautiful view of the sea and the forest. It was also very warm inside, even though we stayed in November (around November 20-th), so the room temperature was always comfortable. The hosts deserve special appreciation — they are incredibly hospitable people. They even organized a barbecue and invited us to join, and we enjoyed delicious fish and vegetables. Their hospitality truly exceeded all expectations. Overall, everything was perfect. We will definitely come back again!
