Nice size room and shower. Clean. Loved the old school stone stairs, mosaics throughout hotel (created by the owner), very nice garden, super nice owners who take pride in their hotel (as they should), parking is plentiful, easy walk to port, port castle and a casual restaurant with the best food. Also very easy to walk up and out onto the bridge. Others complained of noise, but with windows closed, traffic not noticeable at all. Great stay if you like a local, very traditional hotel. Highly recommend. Easy drive to downtown and sites.

The hotel was in an excellent position near to the harbour. The staff were efficient and friendly. We had to leave early on our last day so our breakfast was placed in the fridge. The staff were incredibly helpful and could not do enough. We would definitely stay here again.
