The staff are all amazing, especially the reception guy. I didn't ask his name, but he was very helpful and made us feel at home. The Aparthotel Snjezna was amazing in great location for those who enjoy nature,trekking, and away from the busy daily life it's perfect. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. I really enjoyed my stay at Allegra Apartments. The place is new, clean, and had everything I needed. The apartment is close to the trams, which made getting around super easy and the free private parking was a big plus! The bed was really comfy with nice pillows. The bathroom had everything I needed, along with all the utilities to cook, relax, and feel at home during my stay. Check-in was simple and smooth. Overall, a great stay!
