-The location is absolutely great in the German Colony yet not on Ben Gurion street but a lttle side alley which takes care of most of the street noise. -Bus stops right across the street and train station a 10 minute walk away -My host was Sam. He was extremely helpful and friendly throughout. Even sent me a Whatsapp message to explain about a false airraid alarm within minutes of it happening - very thoughtful indeed! -The bed was very comfortable (and new I believe) and the kitchen was fully equipped -The appartement was spacious and had ample room to relax and/or or work a bit in the evening

Really pleasant stay. Highly recommended!!! Also, they have a grocery store right next door with kosher food. Really clean amazing view and spacious.

Our stay in Dalyat Karmel was absolutely wonderful! Adi and Razi were amazing hosts—so welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.
