We stayed here for a week with our two grown up children and what a lovely time we had. Our two bed, two bathroom apartment (Isola Polvese )was spotlessly clean offering good quality air con in both bedrooms and the living area ( this deserves a 10/10 alone .)There was a lovely terrace with plenty of shade and wonderful views. We had the use of two swimming pools which were never very busy ( assumed other guests, like ourselves were sightseeing much of the day.) The perfect accommodation for visiting local hilltop villages and towns. You must take a walk into the local village of Paciano. Also take the short drive to the stunning little hill top town of Panicale with its views, restaurants and action packed square. We toured around the wonderful lake Trasimeno and spent a day or two on its swimming beaches and just relaxing with the locals . Highly recommend this area as it’s so beautiful and quiet .

Very nice accommodation well located for various excursions to nearby towns. The rustic and tastefully furnished apartments offer an authentic Tuscan atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with basic equipment, but enough to last even for longer stays. The apartment on the first floor also has air conditioning. There is enough space on the fairly large property for every guest to find their own quiet corner.

We loved our stay here. Especially the interior, cleanness, and tranquility. Friendly and professional staff. If you are traveling with kids there is a small playground. It is located close to Montepulciano, Pienza, and Terme San Filippo. You can also have a picnic at a cheese farm Cugusi Silvana on your way to Pienza. The road to the Borgo is very colorful in spring.

Sarna Residence is such a gem: it is well-located, a few minutes away from the supermarket and historical centre. Gaia was super friendly and helpful, she recommended us different places, helped us with our itinerary, etc. The only regret is that we didn't stay at Sarna longer.

This place is a hidden gem. We had a gorgeous room with a fully equipped kitchen, overlooking the gardens and pool area. The facilities are fantastic for couples, families and large groups. I would highly recommend.
