Very nice and big apartment. Perfect location with sea view, just a couple minutes walking to the beach. Clean swimming pool with a lot of deck chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Really recommended for families with children - this nice swimming pool can save your vacation in case of windy weather in beach. All shops and restaurants in same street.

So happy with our choice! It was so surprisingly spacious, comfortable, convenient, and clean! There were gondolas coming and going right down from our window. Plenty of restaurants around, and the hotel had a special entrance for water cabs to get on and off the boat, making it easy for us to carry our luggage to the parking garage

excellent location. very central. 5 mins walk away from everything. Paola was very helpful with organizing water taxis and giving useful tips for the area. There was no washing machine but they do provide laundry service which worked out even better for us

We stayed for three nights and absolutely loved it! The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps away from St. Mark’s Square, yet the apartment was remarkably quiet. The place is brand new, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with very comfortable beds. The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, making us feel very welcome. There’s no breakfast included, but that wasn’t an issue at all, there are so many amazing cafés and restaurants nearby. It’s actually a great way to start the day and get to know Venice in the morning atmosphere. We couldn’t have chosen a better accommodation in Venice—highly recommended!

The residence La Fenice was very cozy and clean. It is perfect for big families like us who like to travel and explore new things. We enjoyed it and felt very comfortable through our whole stay in the residence. And it was very close to the Grande canal and the centre.
