Then the friendliness and availability of our host was tireless in explaining everything to us how to go visit Venice. New, high-standard facility. Excellent air conditioning. We were given a better room than the one we booked – it was larger and had a better view. Marinela is a wonderful person who will help you with anything. The swimming pool is excellent. And most importantly, on the day of departure, you leave your room but can still use the swimming pool and car park – it's a real convenience!

The apartment was excellent. It is better than what it looks in the pictures. It is very spacious, modern and the room size was very big. Bathrooms are very clean and water pressure is superb and it has a rain shower head plus it has a bidet. Kitchen equipment is first rate with very good stove, fridge, coffee machine and dish washer and laundry machine. Location is very central, 5 minutes walk from Rialto bridge. Also the water taxi can stop directly by the hotel which is very convenient especially if you have luggage. The staff were very helpful, communicative and quick response.

Easy check-in with digital key. Great location, close proximity to Piazzale Roma, in a quiet little street. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. We had a great stay, thank you.

What wasn’t to like? You walk into a ‘secret’ doorway into an immaculate little courtyard and that sort of sets the scene for the rest of it. It’s like staying in the best hotel but instead of just a room you actually have an apartment to yourself. Small but perfectly formed, it has everything you could need and all is at a really high standard. Really modern and some lovely touches like the minibar and coffee maker and even a washing machine if you were staying for longer. The breakfast pastries each morning came as lovely surprise to us and were delicious. The staff were really friendly and provided us with a little pack of information when we first arrived and were always helpful. The location is perfect, you can reach anywhere from here really easily too, cannot fault a thing.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful with recommendations on great restaurants and things to do. It was in an amazing location very close to Saint Marks Square and the roof terrace was beautiful to have a glass of wine or sit in the sun.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo Rota in Venice! The rooms were absolutely beautiful. Modern, spotless, and serviced daily, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptional and so accommodating, always happy to help and offer any advice on Venice! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Venice, making it easy to explore. We definitely recommend this apartment for all.
