The hotel is very close to the train station. Organization, cleanliness, and room acoustics are excellent. Being an apart-hotel, it meets all needs and is very well equipped. The breakfast is varied and very good. The staff is very attentive. I loved the choice and recommend it. The most important thing was the proximity to the train station, which made it very easy to get to Venice Santa Lucia station.

Excellent location, a quick walk to centre of Mestre. Easy bus to the airport that stops right in front of the hotel. The bus to Venice is a short 3 minute walk away. The rooms are well renovated and very modern. There is a fitness room and a pool and spa area (extra cost) and a great breakfast for the morning. Excellent stay every time!

The apartment was excellent. It is better than what it looks in the pictures. It is very spacious, modern and the room size was very big. Bathrooms are very clean and water pressure is superb and it has a rain shower head plus it has a bidet. Kitchen equipment is first rate with very good stove, fridge, coffee machine and dish washer and laundry machine. Location is very central, 5 minutes walk from Rialto bridge. Also the water taxi can stop directly by the hotel which is very convenient especially if you have luggage. The staff were very helpful, communicative and quick response.

What wasn’t to like? You walk into a ‘secret’ doorway into an immaculate little courtyard and that sort of sets the scene for the rest of it. It’s like staying in the best hotel but instead of just a room you actually have an apartment to yourself. Small but perfectly formed, it has everything you could need and all is at a really high standard. Really modern and some lovely touches like the minibar and coffee maker and even a washing machine if you were staying for longer. The breakfast pastries each morning came as lovely surprise to us and were delicious. The staff were really friendly and provided us with a little pack of information when we first arrived and were always helpful. The location is perfect, you can reach anywhere from here really easily too, cannot fault a thing.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo Rota in Venice! The rooms were absolutely beautiful. Modern, spotless, and serviced daily, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptional and so accommodating, always happy to help and offer any advice on Venice! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Venice, making it easy to explore. Apartment Hotel has the great convenient location close to Mestre train station with some good restaurants and supermarket around. Staff were super nice and helpful.

Excellent hotel apartment with excellent location,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Omar ,he makes our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about Venice ,supermarket, and restaurant train station are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend staycity aparthotel to everybody, whether an individual or a group (family), who intends to visit Venice! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

I was happily surprised by Staycity Aparthotels. My father is 86 years old and they offered him the easy accessible room. As location, it was close to the train station. the room are spacious and modern. The staff are amazing and helpful.

The customer service is exceptional to start with. the hotel is in a very convenient location about 5 minutes from public transport. the room we stayed was very clean, modern spacious and with great self catering facilities. I would highly recommend this hotel.
