Apartments super clean & equipped with everything needed like home. Very nice & very clean pool area served with sunbeds & unbrellas. The property is in a prime location to explore Modica. It is on a very small street. The road entrance is hidden behind a restaurant with recycling bins. The stairs leading to the apartment are made of marble, opulent and very clean. The apartment looked new, although we were told that it is about 5 years old. This is a good indication that the apartment is well-maintained. The kitchen is well-equipped. We were given a big bottle of water. The bathroom is beautiful and clean also with more than enough shampoo for the three of us. The host was very helpful, kind and professional. I would come back here again.
