Perfect value for money! The hosts are very kind and generous. We had an option with a breakfast included. It was the first time we had to choose from the breakfast menu in advance and we chose a lot :D Just because we like to mix sweet and salty meals. There wasn't any complaint from staff and we received more than we expected and it was really tasty. The property has everything you need for short stays. Just to mention a few which are not very common: kettle and teas, shampoo, sewing and vanity kit, ... As for location, you're pretty close to the train station, but we weren't bothered by the noise, so you don't have to worry about it.

We certainly enjoyed our stay. The Villa is located pretty far away from Tuscan towns, people, up on the hill - which is perfect for a quiet, peaceful stay. You can enjoy your morning coffee with a fresh cornetto, then sunbathe and swim in the pool which is of appropriate size. No crowds in common areas, just a bunch of families and couples enjoying their peaceful vacations. The Villa is located a 30 minute drive from nearest towns which are full of great restaurant and cafes. On Saturday we were offered dinner cooked by the owner, it was delicious and we highly recommend this experience. Location is great for people wanting to unwind and visit a couple of Tuscan towns. Not that great for somebody wanting to sightsee all of them. There are multiple rest areas through the villa and its gardens, you can find a nice spot anywhere you’d like.

We loved our stay! The house is newly done and has everything you need. It was so peaceful and beautiful. You can reach every important city from this location. The staff was super helpful and kind.

The location is excellent. We arrived by train. We recommend catching a taxi to the hotel. We stayed in one of the apartments. Reception is extremely helpful. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage whilst waiting for check in.
