Location was amazing, the family that runs the place were lovely and paid for our taxi to and from the airport as well as letting us keep our luggage in the building after checking out. The beds were very comfy and the views were nice!

The apartment is huge and the double set of bathroom and shower is amazing. Great location close to monorail and main street. 15 min from airport. Super convenient. We also forgot something at the property after check out and the property manager was helpful in getting me back into the room to successfully find the lost item. 5 star service!

A smart and spacious hotel that provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel bed had the right support for my back, so you are guaranteed to sleep well. The Muji toiletries provided were extensive and of good quality, including even a cleansing oil and moisturising toner! The amenities and switches were strategically and thoughtfully provided, such as a touch screen clock that doubles up as an extra mirror. Water pressure for the shower head was just right and water temperature was easily adjustable through a smart faucet. Toilet mirror was heated to prevent fogging after shower. Temperature was just right and room also came with a (de)humidifier. We don't have to worry about room keys as we enter the room using a lock-code that is provided at check-in. The bed railings for the double decker bed frame could also be used as extra hanging space for clothes and towels. The room comes with a mini kitchen that gives the room an extra sink. Hotel was near supermarkets and eateries and walking distance from asashibashi station and kokusai street. Hotel provided sharing equipment like a weighing scale which was helpful for us to check our baggage weight at the end of the trip.

It was better than I expected. I felt at home, no noise, with a balcony and microwave, washing machine and refrigerator. The location is at a very close distance to Asahibashi station and the main bus station. Spotlessly clean smaller place, but that's normal for Japan. I would book it anytime.

I liked that it was like a whole mini apartment with kitchen and all. Especially the washing machine inside your room was helpful and you could dry clothes on the balcony. There were also dryers available in public spaces of the hotel. The room was clean and bright. The location of BiBi Hotel was just as the name promised very close to Kokusai Dori, so in less then 5 minutes you are in the lively center of Naha! The access by monorail and bus is accordingly. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much!
