Very modern and new. Location is great in between 2 stations - Takaracho and Hatchobori, also an easy 500m walk away from Tokyo station, and 15 mins walk to Takashimaya. Good restaurants around the hotel too. Shower and bathtub water pressure was very strong. Having a washing machine was a bonus in the corner suite and very helpful especially for families traveling with kids. 7-11 store just across the street so easy to replenish water and fruits etc. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great location, modern newly built hotel, perfectly clean, with nice rooms with lots of space for Tokyo standards. The washing machine was very handy because we didn't have to go somewhere to wash our clothes during the trip. The hotel has free saunas for guests to use. We booked this hotel last minute after a very disappointing AirBnB experience, and it truly saved our trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The location was very good, just 4 mins walk to train or metro stations. The room was well equipped and the washing machine was a life saver. Akihabara area was only 12 mins walk so our kids really appreciated this. The room was larger than we expected, sufficient for a family of four. We were out the whole day so we only used it for sleeping. Will definitely recommend!

Specious bright room with excellent interior design, equipped kitchen, many amenities and room for strage, balcony, even washing machine was there! Table with two chairs (normal size) made it comfortable to eat small meals. I could leave there for few weeks easily. Very nice and helpful personel, I was able to check in 1h earlier than allowed without any extra payment. Ceiling in the shower was at 190 cm which is not much higher than I am, but it wasn't problematic at all to take the shower.

The room was perfect for a family of four as it had sufficient bed space, toilet, and cleaning space, which included a washing machine. There was also a small kitchenet! However, what made the experience exceptional was the kind and friendly staff. They were so helpful in all aspects!
