Serviced Apartments in Colombo

The owner of the apartment, Prasanna and Pasindu, gave us the best accommodation on our Lanka trip. The family is as hospitable as anyone can be. They welcomed us with warm smiles and went out of the way to provide excellent service. We were contacted well in advance and given a superb apartment, which comprises all that we expected. It contains a spacious living room, kitchen with amenities, and washing machine. Bedroom was spacious. We felt like home away from home. WiFi was very strong and speedy. The location of Vivas Residencies makes it easy for transportation across different parts of Colombo. On request, they provided breakfast to the room, which was very good.  The hospitality we received was similar to a star-class hotel.  It's one place we would not hesitate to recommend to someone else. A brilliant apartment situated in a great location with wonderful views over the city. There are many restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance of this apartment, and it’s only a short tuk tuk ride to the beach area, shopping centres and the wonderful Colombo markets. Check in was an easy process with the on-site office. And Sanath who runs the 24 hour security of the building is just outstanding nothing was to much trouble for him, thank you Sanath. I would also like to say a special thank you to Jawfer the property manager and his team who we’re a pleasure to deal with, Jawfer went out of his way to give us so much information about the areas around Colombo. Thank you Jawfer, Five Stars to you and your team. .
