Beautiful apartment with a well equipped kitchen (fridge, plates, microwave, cooking ware). Best place we stayed in throughout Norway. It also had free laundry and coffee which was a bonus.

It was great to go with peace of mind knowing that there was an attended reception 24 hours. It was easy to follow instructions for check-in. The check-in terminal was in English and it was very clear. The entrance was welcoming and it was in the center, next to a tram stop - literally 100 meters away. The area is quiet as there is no traffic allowed other than taxis or delivery vehicles. It is in an old neighborhood on the west side of Oslo but near enough to walk into town if one is up for it. The apartment is delicately yet practically furnished. There is everything you need for one person and you truly get this feeling of being at home (away from home).

In the Frogner district of Oslo, close to Akershus Fortress, Frogner House - Oscars gate features free WiFi and a washing machine. It is located 2.9 km from Oslo Central Station and provides a lift.
