When we arrived the flat we were taken to was not the same as in the booking photos and there were no opening windows in the bedrooms. However the lady that did our check in was very helpful and professional and moved us to another flat that was excellent. Her friendly and helpful approach made our day. The flat we finally stayed in was excellent. Quiet, very clean, very comfortable. The location of the hotel is ideal. Overall a perfect stay!

Loooved Naomi who despite the reception being close at the hour we arrived was still to welcome us. I have stayed in this hotel 7 years ago and loved it for the location and the personal so repeated it now. Loved it again and if I have the opportunity will do it again.
