The location is great, central to a lot of things and close to metros, trams etc. The property itself is fantastic and comfortable with all amenities and so clean! The people at Residentas are so lovely and warm and helpful. (It was my birthday during my stay and a cake was sent for celebration! Too sweet) I really cannot recommend enough as it’s one of the most pleasant experiences ever

All the 5* reviews were correct- we had an amazing week with the nicest team that was there to assist with every need/request. The room was spotlessly clean everyday and the kitchen and fridge were filled daily with everything required. The location was unbeatable right in the center of everything. Perfect location: located between the Barrio and the Chiado neighborhoods, the ideal location to explore Lisbon. Despite the location, the flat was very quiet and we didn’t hear any of the noise from the streets. The flat was very stylishly/ nicely decorated: wooden floors, a little balcony, kitchen fully equipped. Comfortable beds. Amazing customized breakfast served directly to the apartment every morning with plenty of choice of savory and sweet. The staff was super friendly. There are 3 parking spots just in front of the building, we were lucky enough that the staff kept one for us. Everything was just perfect. Totally recommended.

Cozy apartment in the center of Lisbon, spacious, with a comfortable bedroom and living room, modern kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with a shower. Everything was spotlessly clean and brand new, and the appliances were top-notch. The view from our 5th-floor balcony was amazing, overlooking the iconic castle and the Tagus river. The location was ideal, in the city center, steps away from metro, tram and bus stations. All the major attractions were nearby and even the stop for the hop-on / hop off bus is 5 minutes' walk. The staff were very welcoming and helpful! They sent us recommendations for restaurants, shops and things to do and were always available to answer questions and ensure our stay was comfortable.
