After travelling months through South East Asia, Ay's House was hands down the best stay we've had. Huge, beautiful rooms, immaculately cleaned, and the comfiest bed we've slept on ever! Also, in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with a 7-11 nearby and multiple cheap, authentic Thai restaurants. Ay herself was an absolute star, helping us with everything such as bike hire and recommendations of where to shop. Her siblings run a Coffee shop, noodle shop and a hotel all next to each other and they were all equally lovely. We extended our stay multiple times and even came back after Pai to stay another 5 nights. We arrived early for our second visit and her brother even drove us to a nearby restaurant to eat while we waited to check in. We fell in love with Chiang Mai, and this beautiful family made us feel as if we were with our own back home. If you're lucky enough to visit the city and Ay's House is available, you can guarantee you'll have one of the best stays ever! This is the longest review I've ever written but no one has deserved it more. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality Ay and we hope to see you again in the future. Take care ❤️

Laph Kham House is a hidden gem that truly exceeded my expectations. This was my fourth trip to Chiang Mai, and when I return again I know exactly where I will be staying. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms are large and modern, and the shower is strong with plenty of hot water. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the old city but still tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. Apon, the manager, is very friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Laph Kham House can feel more like a homestay than a hotel, but not in an obtrusive way.

I absolutely loved staying here and do most times I stay in Chiang Mai. I ride a scooter so the location didn’t bother me being a bit further from the centre. I actually preferred it. Room was so spacious, bed was huge and comfortable, tv, AC, fridge, kettle, everything was amazing. The pool area to relax. Great value for money

I loved my time at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and the bed was nice and soft and there is a smart tv with amazon prime and youtube. I like that toilet and shower are separated. The location was also perfect for me because I was training at Hong Thong Muay thai gym, it is right in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and there is free parking. There is also a coin laundry, you can dry your laundry on the sunny balcony. The dogs are very sweet.
