I loved meeting Ay and staying at her place for 5 days. It felt like my home away from home. It's incredibly clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and since I was there for a longer time frame, I appreciated the refrigerator and the extra seating areas around the apartment. Ay is an incredibly sweet host and secured a tour for me to go to Chiang Rai at a great price. Her brother's coffee shop is also a must as I had lovely Thai teas for most of my days there. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and host in Chiang Mai. Thank you!

The hotel is still new and is well maintained with a modern facade situated within the Old Town. The lobby area is spacious, comfortable and clean. Our room though on the 3rd floor is easily cooled-down with the powerful airconditioner. The bathroom is spacious and modernisticin design, well laid out with a shower screen / door to keep water from splashing out. Water pressure is good and for those who can't bathe without heated water will be glad that there is no issue with having a hot shower. There is a mini fridge, a spacious wardrobe, TV though we had trouble viewing the channels whether it's Netflix or local channels The mattress is very comfortable and is king-sized making it very spacious for 2 adults. There are coffee / tea-making facilities and an armchair. The Owner-couple as well as housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful though the drawback is they could hardly communicate in English. Nevertheless, with modern technology the use of Tramslation Apps will solve the problem. The Owner-couple is certainly very generous by providing us guests with more than 2 bottles of mineral water per day. My Wife and I really appreciate their kind gesture. There are many eateries, drinkingìķ joints, massage shops, 7-11, dentist, ATM machines[ and a famous and popular cafe, Fern Cafe within a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The popular Chang Puak Gate night market, Lotus Supermarket, famous porridge restaurant, pharmacies and temples are less than a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Although within the Old Town area, the hotel is situated at the quieter side. For those looking for action or prefer a buzzing locality, this is not the hotel for you.

I like the security there. They have a main metal gate, access card, and room lock. It is extremely safe staying there. Furthermore, the owner, Apple, recommended me to stay at Room 225 as I told her before that I was sensitive to noise. The room was a very, very quiet room and i almost could not hear any traffic noise. When I was out and back in the room, I always found the owner / the maid cleaning my room. They replaced the bed sheet for me every 2 days, provided me 2 glasses of water daily, and cleaned the floor every day. I really appreciated what the owner provided a spotless and clean environment to me. The owner has a dog called Mak Yung, and I always fed him with lamb sticks. In gist, the services and environment there was extremely great. If you want to find a cheap, clean, safe, and quiet place to stay, Laph Kham House is your FIRST choice. I will definitely come back.

Really friendly staff and clean apartments. Receptionist are working from early morning until 8pm so if you check in late still okay, even after 8pm they will leave phone number on the reception table for contact. The apartments location near center with many good restaurant and convenience store, exchange money store and its next to the Tha Phae Gate, just 2 mins walk from apartments, really convenient. About apartments its big, cleans, morden with equipment required and private. I love the shower with hot water all the time and their water bottle its the glass bottle for 1 time use, its fresh and quality water. The view of apartments so peace and sunny, a lot of tree and bird.

I loved my time at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and the bed was nice and soft and there is a smart tv with amazon prime and youtube. I like that toilet and shower are separated. The location was also perfect for me because I was training at Hong Thong Muay thai gym, it is right in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and there is free parking. There is also a coin laundry, you can dry your laundry on the sunny balcony. The dogs are very sweet.
