After being scammed several times by other hoteliers in Hanoi, I finally found the perfect place. Beautiful and clean apartment with a luxurious balcony, very quiet at night (very important for Hanoi), luxurious comfortable bed and pillows. The area is especially worth mentioning - close to the old quarter, but in a unique place where you can feel like a real Hanoi resident for a few days. Beautiful decor, just like the pictures. Nice lighting. Very quiet in the night, as it's tucked away from the main street. A lot of cafes and eateries nearby. Washing machine was great, they sell detergent at the reception. The city view was pretty decent, you can see a small part of the lake (from the room on 7th floor). Good kitchen supplies, we were able to cook for a few days, mostly boiled stuff (non-stick pan was not there) and salads. No mold smell, good water pressure. Highly recommend!

This apartment was super nice, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was perfect for what I needed and reasonably priced. It’s not in the centre but if you have a bit more time in Hanoi or you don’t want to be in the centre this is perfect. And you can easily get around via grab. What made this stay enjoyable was Chloe who welcomed me for the check-in. She was so friendly and gave me the warmest welcome I have received in any of the places I’ve stayed in Vietnam. She was also super helpful and brought me a thicker blanket and some washing powder immediately. I highly recommend you to stay here.

Stayed in apartment 801 with balcony to street. Very nice clean and spacious apartment. Great location, close to everything and comfortably far enough away from Old Quarter bustling and noice. Which is something you really appreciate after having stayed in the heart of the Old Quarter Lots of nice cafes and restaurants and street food. Super friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
