The check-in went smoothly and the receptionist acknowledged the waiting time and apologized for the delay. The check-in went smooth and was informed of the facilities at the hotel and the timings too. The room was clean and tidy, comfortable bed and the room was spacious too. Appreciate the team for the surprise anniversary cake that was served by the room service team that was a king and thoughtful gesture. In conclusion we had a great experience and was great value of money!

The aparthotel provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. It was a good hotel, relatively new. There was everything we needed for our stay. Staff was friendly and responsive. Price was reasonable for the area. There was a supermarket 2min away walking which was great.

The location is excellent – calm, decent, and not overcrowded or noisy, which made our stay even more relaxing. The continental breakfast was very good, with a nice variety and quality. The hotel staff were extremely professional, helpful, and polite throughout our stay, which made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thanks to the management for accommodating our late check-out request. Since our flight was around 7 PM, they kindly allowed us to stay an additional 3 hours without any extra charge. I truly appreciate the complimentary room upgrade and the thoughtful birthday gift – it made my experience even more special. The room itself was simply amazing – spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. It had absolutely everything I could possibly need, making my stay extremely comfortable. Housekeeping was outstanding, ensuring everything remained spotless throughout my stay. One of the things I appreciated the most was how genuinely helpful the staff was, no matter the time of day or night. Their willingness to assist at any hour truly made a difference in my experience. Breakfast was another highlight! The variety of options was impressive, catering to all dietary preferences. As a vegetarian, I found plenty of delicious choices to enjoy each morning. My only regret is that I had to leave so soon! I would absolutely return in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. He is courteous, kind and always ready to help. People like this are rare to find nowadays. He never gave me the feeling that he was in a rush. A true gentleman.
