This apartment is so beautiful! We stayed in a studio apartment 303, but it was spacious and well equipped. It is clean, modern and located in a really great part of town where it is quiet, but super close to everything you need, including the main street. The check in and out process was seamless, they even sent a video of how to access the building and attain the keys. Communication with the host and their team was beyond wonderful--very responsive and they helped with a few extra things that we needed. The view is amazing, got some good pictures of sunrise. It was so comfortable to stay here. There is also a restaurant across the street, Salitre, that had the best food and service. You need to take stairs to the main road, but it was short and totally doable. Supermarket nearby. Absolutely loved our stay here!!

Check-in was smooth, the ladies were nice. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We ate at the local neighborhood restaurant Leymi which was great. They don't provide a traditional breakfast, but it includes pack of juice, granola bars, packs of gem and 2 slices of toast. We don't care much for these kind of things. Keep in mind this is an Apartment, not a hotel, so they do what they can to provide you with some nourishment for breakfast.

Very nice, modern, clean and well-equipped apartment and a great stay in Rio Grande on our way down to Ushuaia. The building and flat are quite new and built to high standards, one of the best during our travels in Chile and Argentina. Communication with the host was easy with a video sent how to access the flat with a door lock code. The apartment is in a central good area, close to Tante Sara as a very good option for breakfast, coffee, or dinner.

It was in a great location, super warm in all ways, temperature and atmosphere. The hotelier was so kind during check, giving us directions to the grocery store. It was so clean you could eat off the floors…every single day. I did not expect the housekeeper to do as much as she did. She put the dishes away. She did not leave a grain of sand on the floor…totally above and beyond what anyone one should want or need in the clean-category.

This apartment has a great view (get 3rd floor) of the Beagle Channel and Ushuaia center city. Out back you can see the Martial range as well. Views are obscured on lower floors. The location was very "local" on Route 3. Sometimes traffic was moderately heavy, but mostly pretty light. For us the location was excellent for cycling out to trail heads and then hiking. Although the sidewalks of Ushuaia need serious upgrades to its sidealks, it was very easy to walk down to the city center and all around the inner part of Ushuaia. It's easy to hail a taxi up here too, despite being away from the center of Ushuaia. There are plenty of nearby small shops for all the food you need, and Ushuaia has an array of fresh fruits and vegetables available, which was great for an extended, healthy stay.
