All bathrooms have underfloor heating. Great location to walk around Hobart. Very cool compact accommodation, with roof that opens over the bed and bathroom ceiling that lifts. Awesome. Very comfy bed, great bathroom, nice kitchen space on outside deck. The laundry facilities were a bonus. Very clear and easy communications with host.

All of the serviced apartments include a balcony or courtyard, TV/DVD player and free WiFi. Studio apartments include a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities, while the 1 and 2-bedroom apartments feature a full kitchen. All rooms include laundry facilities. I was blown away by the Salamanca Suites. I told my partner I could see us moving in when we're ready to downsize, LOL! The suite was nicer than the flat I used to rent in central London. Everything about it was spectacular, down to small details like there being two luggage racks available instead of just the usual one (my poor partner always generously lets me use it while his suitcase lies on the floor). I was actually sad that we only had one night planned here, and actually we liked it so much we bailed on a terrible place near Freycinet after one night and made the drive back to Salamanca Suites for an unplanned second night instead. Highly recommend and hope we can come back someday.

Sullivans Cove Apartments is situated in 5 different locations across the Hobart Waterfront area, within a 15-minute walk from Hobart CBD (Central Business District). The placed given was a 3 story house which was awesome. It was right at the lake where you are greater with an awesome view every morning. The large dining room meant you can easily cook up meals for the family instead of eating out.

The Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel offers hotels and self-contained apartments alongside 24-hour reception, 24-hour room service, on-site gym and free swim passes to the Hobart Aquatic Centre. Very pleasant and helpful staff. We had the apartment style room, with extra beds. There was a well equipped kitchen and laundry as well. We felt at home.

Located in historic Battery Point, St Ives Motel offers spacious self-contained apartments with free WiFi, cooking facilities and cable TV. Salamanca Market and Hobart’s waterfront are a 10-minute walk away. Close to town but far enough that the night was quiet. There was free parking and the staff was extremely helpful and kind.
