The hotel has great SPA facilities, very comfortable is that the SPA area located under the pool is not very crowded. Also, the availability of an outdoor pool is good. The apartment is located in the nearest building to the hotel.

At the aparthotel, all units have bed linen and towels. The staff was very kind, and when we arrived in the evening, they even allowed us to use SPA a bit longer. The room has a nice terrace with the view on mountains. The beds were very comfortable, the room had everything we need, the wifi was OK. The breakfast was delicious: pancakes, yogurt, nuts&berries, toasts, eggs, cheese and meat.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bellevue Residence apartments because as a matter of fact, not only my requests have been met but exceeded to the point that instead of an economy room I have been upgraded to a de facto Junior suite, combining a spacious bathroom with bathtub to a large room with sofa, comfy armchairs, tables, desk, fridge and balcony.The tranquillity at night made me sleep particularly well, thanks to the generous size of the bed and the perfect firmness of the mattress.Also, the quality of the sheets and pillows and the many downy towels helped increasing the level of comfort and coziness.The professional receptionist, her excellent English and her remarkable attentiveness in every possible situation, solving any contingent problem practically in no time has been really considerable.During daytime the size of the room allowed me to work, rest and eat like in a private apartment and the location, some 5mins from the Gondola, being very central allowed me to get everything from groceries to a good coffee or a nice meal in just a few minutes walk.I will be happily back to Bansko after this pleasant experience!.

Very comfortable, very practical and squeaky-clean! The kitchen has everything needed even for long stays. All cooking tableware, utensils, spices. Full oven, microwave, dishwasher (which we didn't need to use), coffee machine. There are different types of coffee capsules, different types of tea, which shows thoughtfulness about the guests' taste preferences. And we had a lovely compliment from the owners which we enjoyed a lot. You can feel the attention to details both at the place and the host's hospitality. We definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a cozy place that feels like home.
