Very professional and helpful staff - Nadine and Sofia in the reception, Esther in the restaurant and a very helpful and friendly lady in housekeeping. Could not have wished for more.

There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Everything was awesome. Very clean and modern apartment. You'll find everything you need for your stay. A very well equipped kitchen, it contains a dishwasher, plenty of dishes, even the coffee machine. Smart tv was a nice thing to have, I could watch yt and netflix. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is also very clean, and you get a plenty of towels. Perfect location. It's located in a nice neighbourhood, very peaceful, and tram lines is very well connected to the center of the city and other locations in the town. You'll find a plenty of supermarkets nearby, and that was a big plus for me. The staff of the apartment was very kind and helpful. They answered on all of our questions, and you can contact them easily through the phone in the lobby. They even allowed us to leave the lagguage in lagguage room, before check in and even after we checked out.

The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Very clean and beautiful hotel, super friendly staff, good parking. There is a train trail right next to the hotel but fortunately only few train passed at night time and we still could get good sleep (weekend). Maybe train passes more often weekdays, then you should ask the staff about train passing times if its important for you
