Julio provided information well before hand that made our arrival easy and we had nice spots to stop by. The breakfast was a lot - though we stayed 2 nights, we ate our first breakfast both mornings. The apartments are super clean and very comfortable, the temperature in the room was perfect upon our arrival. The TV already has all main streaming services available e.g., Netflix, etc. that was convenient. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the amenities if needed. There was plenty of parking on the street and right in front of the apartments. Overall great place to stay, definitely would come back and recommend!

Staff on-site can arrange airport transfers. The views were absolutely stunning. We could see the lighthouse in the distance at night and the stars. The fireplace was very effective at heating up the space and we were cosy and warm to enjoy a game of cards, while it rained and was windy outside. We all loved it a lot- so much so our children wanted to stay longer. They also played with Rolo the friendly dog who was always up for pats.

Right by the waterfront, Apart Hotel Colon is located 100 metres from Puerto Montt´s Comercial Shopping Mall, close to restaurants and tourist attractions. I loved the accommodation, and I absolutely loved bed the room and the area. The room I had was situated on the 8th floor, very good size and it was literally opposite the famous sculpture on the sea front. Forgive me I forgot the name of it. But it was beautiful. Very safe area as well and it's close to the bus station, sea front and beaches and shops. They do have an option of a breakfast but because it came with a kitchenette, I didn't take my option of the breakfast. Also they clean the room everyday which is nice.
