The breakfast is the best, also the idea that you can have it at any time you want is a fantastic idea. I will 100% recommend to stay in this place. Believe me your money will be well used. Amazing stuff all speak English. They always make you feel at home.

The rooms are very spacious, clean and are equipped with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay. The first night we had a room with a bed which was rather soft. Very personal, but we don't like soft beds at all. The next morning they tried their best to shuffle some rooms around so we could change rooms and have a different bed more to our liking. The staff is super friendly and tries to make sure your stay is fantastic! Thank you for making our stay perfect and recommend Patagonia Apart to anyone staying in Punta Arenas for a night or a couple of nights!

The place is a bit of a motel arrangement: 6 bungalows in a joint row, each with a separate outside entrance and a place for a car. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom. It is a 15 min walk from the centre.

I had a nice stay at the Magellanic House. The location was perfect for me as everything was walkable, especially for someone without a car. The house was only 4 blocks away from the main plaza and the many restaurants and stores in and around Puerto Natales. The owners, Javier and Zoe, and their support staff (Joaquin and Sra. Kitty) were extremely accommodating, courteous, and helpful. Great communication and customer service. They also provide a tour booking service which was very convenient. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and welcome. I highly recommend staying at the Magellanic House whenever you are in Puerto Natales.

It was our fifth apartment stay in Patagonia region and it’s the best . Clean and warm apartment with 2 baths , goood location , secure parking and the staff were very accommodating. Wish we cud stay longer . They allowed us to check in a day later becoz one of us needed medical treatment and had to reschedule. Thanks very much !!!

We stayed here before & after doing the W Trek in Puerto Natales. This is a perfect location for getting to & from the bus station (10 mins walk) for transfers to the national park. Franco was a fantastic host! He let us check in early on day 1 after flying overnight to reach Puerto Natales. He also arranged for our excess baggage to be kept safe while on the W-Trek and had put them in the room ready upon return. Quick response via the booking.com chat. The apartment was well equipped - we cooked both nights in the accommodation so the kitchen was well equipped. Breakfast was also really good - cereal, lots of fruits, yoghurts, juices, tea, coffee, waffles, bacon, eggs, toast - lots of variety. Also great water pressure (for that post trek hair wash!!) - and a hair dryer included.
